Happy Wednesday friends! Hopefully your work week is off to a fabulous, productive start so far. It was colder than usual in Sacramento today. I’m already daydreaming of spring and warmer weather!
Today’s topic: YOGA PANTS. A girl’s BFF. Our savior, crutch, and ultimate comfort. We know we can eat that additional slice of pizza or cake if we have these lovelies on.
Remember when yoga pants first hit the market years ago?! Flash back to 2013 when wearing yoga pants wasn’t acceptable out in public yet. Your Mom would scream at you and tell you to immediately put some real pants on! Forward to 2019…active wear is completely acceptable out in public. You don’t even look twice now at someone. Whether you are walking out of your pedicure, to lunch with girlfriends, or wearing as “leggings” with a cute, layered outfit during winter. It’s game on!

The brand is called Zella and holy moly they are EVERYTHING. Their nickname is the “live in legging”. They are extremely comfortable for any type of workout you choose to do. Whether it’s HIIT, Yoga, Pilates, Spin…they fit the occasion. These are the most flattering, (oh so slimming) yoga pants I have ever bought. Believe me, I’ve tried many brands. Zella yoga pants can be found in the activewear department at Nordstrom.
